- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I might add a better rating when they open and I can find out if my injured animals were brought there. Whomever answers the phone on the "off" days is very rude. Why even work there when you have no compassion. If I worked this line of business and someone called in tears trying to find their animals I wouldn't be rude and respond "well they aren't in the OFFICE" Before hanging up. Also if it's closed for the day, more than likely animals have been boarded there for care after surgeries and such, so why can't someone look and see if the animals I'm looking for are there. My point: don't call when they are closed. You'll get a rude woman, who won't help and has no sympathy. I'm disgusted.July 05, 2017by Jessica White
